Public opinion

Having read about your demands on Hildegard Angel's blog, I want to express my solidarity here. Having lived abroad in several European countries since 1966, I know how important it is to have local employees who are qualified, educated, effective, and acclimated to the country where they live. Thank you very much for the excellent work you do, and I hope your "Operation Awakening" helps you combat the inequality you suffer.  Warm regards,  E. Reuter  Hamburg - Germany  By: Email  I want to express my solidarity with your movement, which I consider fair and appropriate, although somewhat behind the times.  But there is always time to recover what has been lost.  Forward!  JCSV  Brasilia - Brazil  By: E-mail  "...   I met some local employees on different continents and the complaint is very old and always the same: salaries well below market rates, lack of professional appreciation, and application of the law of convenience. Let's even consider that the position you refer to does pay well above market rates, but it seems that this is what they want to change: few positions with a lot and many positions with nothing, double standards! I have found from my experience that they are the ones who "carry the burden." not there is a public or selective competition matters little to Brazilians abroad. What matters is that we receive attention, good service, and professional commitment. It is worth remembering that the position has been in the same place for decades, and the others... barely arrive and are soon gone. The Brazilian taxpayer must be heard; include them and do not exclude them! "  Marta Viana  By: Post / Hildegard Angel  " Our sleeping giant awakens...abroad!"
